We're expanding our Downtown Los Angeles office and
building a tax preparation team
to support clients enrolled in tax resolution cases. As Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in
shaping the team, implementing processes, and driving client success
.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a new team of tax preparers.
  • Review individual and business tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with case managers, enrolled agents, and attorneys on client resolution strategies.
  • Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely filing.
  • Implement workflow improvements and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Stay current on federal and state tax laws affecting client filings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or EA license preferred.
  • 5+ years of tax preparation experience, including complex returns.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IRS and state tax laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
