We're hiring a Sales Supervisor to support and assist our Sales Manager in leading a team of licensed life insurance agents in our West Palm Beach call center. This is a hands-on role suited for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes that success is earned through effort, consistency, and integrity.

About the Role

The Sales Supervisor works closely with the Sales Manager to ensure daily goals, agent performance, and compliance standards are consistently met. You'll focus on executing leadership direction, reinforcing training, and maintaining the rhythm and culture of the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager in motivating and coaching the sales team
  • Conduct live call monitoring and provide performance feedback
  • Reinforce best practices during team huddles and meetings
  • Track KPIs and report performance metrics to leadership
  • Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and maintaining floor coverage

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of call center or insurance sales supervisory experience (required)
  • Understanding of life insurance products and sales KPIs
  • Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities License
