Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and licensed ACA Insurance Agent to join our fast-paced call center in Deerfield Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phone-based sales and customer service, with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate their health insurance options under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients seeking health insurance coverage.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate ACA health plans.
  • Educate clients on plan benefits, coverage details, and enrollment procedures.
  • Accurately complete applications and ensure compliance with ACA guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current ACA regulations, plan updates, and enrollment periods.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience during every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM and follow up with leads in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active Florida 2-15 Health, Life, and Annuities License (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in phone-based sales or call center customer service (insurance experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and general computer applications.
