Overview:

HopeTree Family Services is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Administrator to manage our organization's IT infrastructure and cloud services. This hands-on role supports reliable technology operations across all locations and ensures a secure, efficient computing environment for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain network devices, servers, and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure AD)
  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and security policies (including MFA and updates)
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity or server issues
  • Collaborate with our cybersecurity partner on monitoring and incident response
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and IT processes
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support and mentor the Helpdesk Technician
  • Assist with IT planning, upgrades, and staff training initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a systems or network administrator role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365/Azure AD, Windows Server, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Experience with backup/disaster recovery tools and scripting (PowerShell preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Azure Administrator are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $66,412.00 per year
