XIPHIAS, in collaboration with NextGen iQ (powered by Accounts NextGen) is an Australian‑led EdTech organization with over 16 years of industry experience. We empower Indian accounting students and graduates to develop job‑ready skills using a job‑ready curriculum—covering Xero, MYOB, GST, BAS and Payroll—and connect them to guaranteed Australian internships. XIPHIAS partners with NextGen iQ to deliver these programs in India.

Role purpose

To deliver hands‑on training in accounting, taxation, GST, payroll and Australian financial systems, ensuring learners are ready for internships and careers with Australian firms.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate blended classroom/virtual sessions on Australian bookkeeping and tax (e.g. Xero, MYOB, GST/BAS).
  • Guide students through real‑client projects and case studies; evaluate assignments and provide feedback.
  • Use the LMS to track attendance, assignments and progress, ensuring high completion and placement rates.
  • Collaborate with the counselling and placement teams to align training content with employability goals.
  • Contribute to curriculum reviews and adapt materials for Indian learners while maintaining Australian compliance.
  • Maintain training records and report on learner satisfaction and job‑readiness metrics.

Must‑have qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting/tax training or professional accounting with demonstrable teaching skills.
  • Proficiency in Xero/MYOB and knowledge of GST, BAS and payroll processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to explain technical concepts to 12th‑pass and graduate learners.
  • Familiarity with learning‑management systems and virtual teaching tools.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Australian accounting practices or KPOs, including certification in Xero or MYOB.
  • Experience designing assessments and career‑readiness workshops.
