Seeking an experienced Dietitian / Nutritionist to work with clients who are at an advanced fitness level, including athletes, bodybuilders, and fitness enthusiasts. The ideal candidate will create personalized meal plans, optimize nutrition for performance, and provide science-based guidance to help clients achieve specific health, body composition, and performance goals.

This role requires a deep understanding of macronutrient timing, supplementation, and advanced nutrition strategies to support high-intensity training, recovery, and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' nutritional needs based on fitness level, body composition, goals, and health history.
  • Develop customized meal plans and nutrition strategies to support performance, fat loss, muscle gain, and overall wellness.
  • Provide guidance on macronutrient ratios, nutrient timing, and supplementation.
  • Educate clients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and sustainable dietary practices.
  • Track client progress, adjust meal plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and accountability.
  • Collaborate with fitness trainers, coaches, or health professionals to align nutrition with training programs.
  • Stay updated on latest research, trends, and evidence-based nutrition practices for advanced athletes.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Nutritionist with relevant certifications.
  • Proven experience working with clients at advanced fitness levels, including strength training, bodybuilding, or athletic performance.
  • Strong knowledge of macronutrients, micronutrients, supplementation, and performance nutrition.
  • Ability to create practical, achievable, and individualized meal plans.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills to educate and motivate clients.
  • Experience with nutrition tracking tools, apps, or software.
  • Professional, ethical, and committed to evidence-based practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with body recomposition, fat loss, or muscle gain programs.
  • Familiarity with sports supplements, performance-enhancing diets, or intermittent fasting protocols.
  • Knowledge of specialized diets (plant-based, keto, gluten-free) tailored for advanced athletes.
  • Ability to provide virtual consultations and remote meal planning.

Compensation & Structure

  • Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor, Part-Time, or Full-Time
  • Location: Remote or in-person depending on client needs
  • Schedule: Flexible, based on client appointments
  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and client load
