Americas Supply Chain Manager

Location: Reading
Travel: 25–40% (including some international)

Are you a strategic supply chain leader ready to shape and elevate operations across the Americas? We're seeking an Americas Supply Chain Manager to oversee and influence end-to-end supply chain strategy across multiple facilities in a complex manufacturing environment.

This critical leadership role drives logistics, warehousing, tactical purchasing, material planning, scheduling, and S&OP functions—ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations that align with production goals, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and mentor functional managers across supply chain disciplines.

  • Synchronize supply chain activities with production demands and customer needs.

  • Drive S&OP alignment across demand, supply, and production planning.

  • Oversee purchasing of raw materials, inventory planning, and supplier management.

  • Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and international regulations.

  • Develop and implement technological solutions to optimize supply chain performance.

  • Lead continuous improvement (CI) programs, coaching teams to adopt best practices.

  • Represent the Americas in global supply chain governance forums.

What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Experience: 8+ years in supply chain within chemical/process industries, 5+ years in leadership.

  • Expertise in logistics, warehousing, material planning, scheduling, and S&OP.

  • Strong knowledge of chemical safety, regulatory compliance, and material handling.

  • ERP system proficiency (SAP, Epicor, Movex); APICS certification a plus.

  • Proven change leader with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Ability to influence at all levels, drive standardization, and deliver measurable results.

The salary range for this position is $136,700- $170,900. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
