Vendor Management Analyst

Job Description Summary

This role is focused on the support of all Commodity Programs managed by the Vendor Management group for C&W's Client. The goal of this role is to primarily support the Vendor Management group, in addition to the regional execution teams; Facility Management, Supply Chain, and Suppliers. The Vendor Management Analyst will ensure compliance and proper execution of all programs through the CMMS Database and Vendor Management Inbox.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for one or more of the following:

  • Schedule data maintenance to ensure proper alignment

  • Program performance monitoring of KPIs, compliant Work Orders, escalations, etc.

  • Oversight of large communications for process updates, escalations, and general notices

  • Provide RFP support with comparison of current service schedule extract to ensure proposed RFP changes and all added/modified services are correctly captured

  • Regular CMMS Schedules audits

  • Manage shared mailbox; respond to general inquiries and escalate as appropriate

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in a related discipline or field of study or equivalent experience 

  • Experience in communicating with all levels of management

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, strong communication skills

  • Proactively searches for process improvement

  • Takes ownership, problem solves thoughtfully and in a timely manner

  • Ability to track all work and key metrics

  • Ability to process work quickly, accurately and with changing priorities

  • Ability to develop user documentation as it relates to functions

  • Basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate and Financial concepts
