Snapshot of the Role:

We're redefining the future of AI-powered learning, and we need a Principal Product Manager to help lead the way. You'll steward critical parts of our new product exploration and next-generation learning initiatives, guiding early-stage discovery, and the execution of bold 0 to 1  innovation bets.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead strategy, experimentation, and end-to-end product execution for new innovation initiatives, taking ambiguous concepts from idea to in-market learning experiences.
  • Define and validate hypotheses through rapid prototyping, creative MVPs, and structured bet testing across multiple learning experiences
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, content, and AI teams to build imaginative, AI-powered learning experiences that drive engagement and meaningful outcomes.
  • Develop ROI and measurement frameworks that link product performance to business impact, using qualitative insights and rigorous quantitative analysis to guide decisions.
  • Own pricing, tiers, enrollment, and go-to-market motions in partnership with marketing, ensuring clarity and alignment on how new products launch and scale.
  • Balance focused execution with long-term strategic thinking, adapting quickly as insights emerge and energizing teams through ambiguity and rapid iteration.

About You (Requirements):

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record leading 0 to 1 products and driving experimentation in high-velocity environments.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with resilience, proactive ownership, and a strong bias toward action.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, evaluate early signals, and connect product performance to measurable business and user impact.
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator who builds strong partnerships with design, engineering, content, marketing, and AI teams.
  • Deep curiosity for AI-powered experiences and strong instincts for creative product design; hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based products or novel interaction models is a plus.

At MasterClass, we believe we put our best work forward when our employees bring together ideas that are diverse in thought. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local law. In addition, MasterClass will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.  If you have a disability or special need, we would like to know how we can better accommodate you.
