Join the VEXLA Team and help individuals with disabilities achieve meaningful, competitive employment — while earning $1,600–$2,900 for placing just two clients.

Why You'll Love This Role

High Earning Potential

  • $200–$250 per set of site assessments
  • $500–$1,200 per job placement (40% of DRS payout)
  • Additional retention milestone payouts at 4, 12, and 90 days
  • Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile beyond 35 miles

Flexible Scheduling

Work 5 hours a month or up to 35 hours a week — YOU decide your caseload.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct site assessments
  • Complete job analyses and required DRS documentation
  • Assist clients with résumés, applications, and interviews
  • Build employer relationships to secure job opportunities
  • Provide support during onboarding and early employment
  • Monitor client progress for milestone payouts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and professional
  • Background in social services, HR, job coaching, or staffing (preferred)
