Job Title: Credentialing Specialists/Payor Enrollment

Location: Remote, on-site as needed

Position Type: Part-time hours per week)

Job Summary:

Urologic Specialists is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our growing practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Credentialing Manager and assisting with payor enrollment, payor site/portal validations, license renewals, hospital initial and reappointment applications and various other credentialing duties.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with initial and revalidation applications for Medicare, Medicaid and other payors such as BCBS, MultiPlan, etc.

· Assist in maintaining and updating provider profiles electronically in CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, Availity, Multiplan and others

· Assist with hospital initial and reappointment applications for affiliated facilities

· Gather and maintain CME records

· Gather and maintain annual TB and Flu records

· Assist with tracking expirables (licenses, certifications, malpractice insurance, etc.) and alert providers of upcoming deadlines

· Communicate with providers, payors and staff in a professional and timely manner

· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, hospital and insurance guidelines

· Work collaboratively with the Credentialing Manager and Administrative team to support onboarding efforts of new providers

· Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements

· Responds in a timely manner to Physicians, Staff or Client requests

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Minimum 1-2 years of credentialing or payor enrollment experience in a medical practice or hospital setting preferred

· Experience with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES and insurance preferred

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Must be task orientated with attention to detail

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
