AP/AR Specialist
to join their team

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage high-volume AP/AR paperwork efficiently
  • Input data accurately into the financial system
  • Assist in cutting checks and reconciling benefits data
  • Support GL/reconciliation processes
  • Adapt to varying workloads with flexibility
  • Collaborate with accounting team for seamless operations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong AP/AR experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 8-5

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • GL/reconciliation experience
  • Experience in property management systems
