As an AP Specialist on our Finance team, you'll join a collaborative, high-performing environment that values accuracy, ownership, and clear communication.

What You'll Do:
  • Process both PO and non-PO invoices with speed and accuracy, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Procurement and other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and streamline workflows.
  • Maintain organized vendor files and support account reconciliations.
  • Assist with month-end close, including accruals and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
  • At least 5 solid years of high-volume A/P experience in a logistics, transportation, or manufacturing business is preferred (multi-location experience preferred)
  • Vendor Management/Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in D365 is a plus
  • Reliable internet and basic technical competency in Microsoft Teams.
Work Schedule

This is a hybrid role based in our Midtown Atlanta office at Colony Square. Team members work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Company-paid parking is provided.
