Senior GTM Generalist – Product Marketing and Sales

Drive early-stage sales and shape 1Sphere's go-to-market strategy alongside our CEO. Create impactful sales materials, positioning, and playbooks. Competitive salary, equity, and premium health coverage. Ideal for experienced sellers who thrive in startup velocity.

What You'll Own

Sales Partnership Lead 10-20 early sales cycles with CEO. Own prospect conversations from discovery through close. Advance deals with Fortune 500 CIOs and VPs. Build confidence and trust that leads to purchase decisions.

GTM Foundation Build sales playbooks, positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and enablement materials for future AE hires. Define how we sell, what resonates, and what closes deals. Create repeatable sales motion.

Product Marketing Own how we tell the 1Sphere story. Create demo narratives, build case studies, establish win patterns. Translate technical capabilities into business value that executives understand and buy.

Your First 90 Days
  • Shadow CEO on sales calls, co-lead discovery and demos, advance 3-5 early deals
  • Build core sales materials (pitch deck, one-pagers, demo script, ROI calculator)
  • Establish sales playbook v1 (discovery questions, qualification criteria, objection handling)
  • Create competitive battlecards for top 3 competitors and "do nothing" scenario
What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • 3+ years in sales, product marketing, or sales engineering (sold or supported enterprise deals; built sales materials; understands buyer psychology and F500 procurement)
  • Confident with executive buyers (comfortable with CIOs and VPs; tells compelling stories; builds trust and credibility quickly)
  • Builder mentality for GTM (excited to create playbooks, positioning, demo scripts from scratch; has done this or wants to learn by doing)

Nice to Have:

  • Enterprise software sales or sales engineering (carried quota or supported sellers)
  • Product marketing experience (positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, launches)
  • Industry knowledge in healthcare, finance, or manufacturing
