What You'll OwnCommunity Building (40%) Own podcast, awards program, and community engagement. Make it the vibrant center for AI transformation practitioners. Interview award winners, produce compelling content, build recognition that becomes industry standard.
Sales Operations (60%) Support Senior GTM with pipeline management, prospect meetings, materials creation. Learn enterprise sales motion through flawless execution. Schedule, prepare briefs, maintain CRM, create templates.
Strategic Connection Bridge community insights to sales conversations. Use award winners as proof points. Turn community engagement into qualified pipeline. Create flywheel between recognition and revenue.
Your First 90 Days (Starting Feb 2026)- Launch podcast: produce and publish first 3 episodes with award nominees or AI transformation leaders
- Manage awards program: process 10+ nominations, coordinate judging, announce first winners
- Support Senior GTM: schedule 20+ prospect meetings, maintain CRM, create sales templates and materials
- Establish community engagement metrics and sales ops workflows
Must Have:
- Exceptional organization and project management (juggle podcast, awards, sales ops without dropping balls; create systems that scale)
- Strong writing and communication (create compelling podcast scripts, award announcements, sales emails; comfortable with executive-level materials and community voice)
- Eager to learn both community building and enterprise sales (hungry to understand what makes great content AND what closes deals)
Nice to Have:
- Content creation and community building experience (produced podcast/video, managed online communities, organized events)
- Podcast production skills (audio editing, guest coordination, show notes, distribution)
- Sales development (BDR/SDR) or sales operations experience
