We're looking for a Dental Assistant who is sharp, reliable, and passionate about helping patients through one of the most important decisions of their lives. This isn't a basic drill-and-fill environment—this is high-level surgical and prosthetic dentistry, and we're building a team of top performers who want to grow, learn, and be proud of their work.
What We're Looking For:
- Dental Assisting experience (2+ years preferred; implant or surgical experience is a major plus)
- X-ray certification in Florida
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Great energy and a warm, professional chairside manner
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn (CBCT, scanners, 3D workflow, etc.)
- A team player who's calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
What You'll Do:
- Assist chairside in full-arch surgeries, implant placements, and general dentistry procedures
- Set up and break down rooms with precision and efficiency
- Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans (Trios 5 and Micronmapper), and Photos (we'll train you if needed)
- Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols are met and exceeded
- Support patients emotionally before, during, and after treatment
- Be a key player in helping the day run smoothly and efficiently
