Pay Rate:
$48-$52/HR

4 Corner Resources is seeking a
Senior EHS Specialist
to support one of our manufacturing clients. In this role, you will provide hands-on safety oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, lead training initiatives, and manage incident investigations. We are looking for a candidate with strong industrial experience, a proven track record of improving workplace safety, and the ability to lead and influence teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee environmental, health, and safety programs at the site.
  • Reinforce safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Track EHS metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Lead investigations for accidents and near-misses; develop corrective actions.
  • Maintain required EHS records and support environmental permit compliance.
  • Coordinate safety training, onboarding, and ongoing employee education.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and hazard assessments with plant teams.
  • Use EHS software to log incidents and monitor safety performance.
  • Mentor other EHS specialists and serve as a subject-matter expert.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and assist in capital project planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations; experience with PSM/MOC (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Safety certifications (CSP, ASP, CIH, CEP) are a plus.
