Full-time position: MUST have your own vehicle and a clean driver record for insurance purposes.

35 hours on-site working in the catering department. The role requires devising diverse techniques and concepts to cater to customers and boost sales. This includes visiting different establishments and promoting our catering services.

This position can also be an internship.

The Catering & Sales position requires you to be an outgoing, self-motivated, and extremely coachable individual. You must have the ability to easily learn the guest's catering needs, as well as the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of people. The Catering & Sales position is in constant contact with the leadership team and is responsible for overseeing the entire catering department.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license (May be required to provide motor vehicle history from the DMV)

Responsibilities:

Representative of Chick-fil-A and responsible for building relationships throughout the community with clients regarding our catering opportunities

Follows Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures

Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items

Solves catering issues related to accuracy, speed of service, and employee or guest issues

Models and supports clear communication regarding catering orders between the front counter and kitchen staff

Follows up with customers to inquire about their experience

Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $19 an hour (based on experience)

Expected hours: 30-40 hours per week
