Position Summary:

We are seeking a goal driven, energetic, and experienced Sales Representative to join our Charlotte-based team on SATURDAYS. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder, passionate about health and wellness, and thrives in a results-oriented, consultative sales environment. *NO COLD CALLING

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads through outbound outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct consultations and educate prospective clients about Loria Medical's services and procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and referral partners
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to consultation and FOLLOW-UP
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Represent the Loria Medical brand at local events, trade shows, and professional networking opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in a medical, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic/wellness-related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex medical procedures in a clear and confident manner
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a high-performance environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Knowledge of urology, sexual health, or aesthetic medicine
