About the Role
Top Mechanical Service, a fast-growing HVAC company in Charlotte, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our residential department — with potential to expand into commercial sales. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct in-home consultations and present HVAC solutions
- Prepare and follow up on proposals
- Build strong client relationships and close deals
- Coordinate with the service and install teams for smooth project delivery
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
