About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Accounting Manager
to join a growing finance team. Reporting directly to the
Chief Accounting Officer
, you'll lead core accounting processes, ensure the accuracy of financial data, and help scale operations as we grow. You'll play a vital role in managing the month-end close, financial reporting, audit readiness, and cross-functional projects.


What You'll Do

  • Own and execute the
    month-end close
    process: journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Lead
    internal controls
    and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
  • Collaborate with external auditors to support
    audit readiness
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on
    ad hoc analysis
    and reporting
  • Drive
    process improvements
    and contribute to automation initiatives
  • Perform
    technical accounting research
    and support complex transactions


What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of accounting experience
    (Big 4 public accounting strongly preferred)
  • Active CPA license
    (required)
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Strong grasp of
    U.S. GAAP
    , financial reporting, and internal controls
  • ERP experience (
    NetSuite
    preferred); familiarity with
    Tableau/Snowflake
    a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a
    dynamic, high-growth
    environment
