HR Coordinator

Our client, a leading scientific research organization, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily scheduling and coordination support, including interviews and cross-functional meetings
  • Assist with office logistics, visitor coordination, and on-site support
  • Offer light operational support to the Chile office as needed
  • Partner with Director of HR & Benefits on benefits administration and general HR tasks
  • Assist with HR system implementations such as BambooHR or ATS rollout (preferred but not required)
  • Support additional HR initiatives such as immigration case coordination when bandwidth allows

Qualifications

  • Highly organized with strong coordination or scheduling experience
  • Confident communicator able to work seamlessly with engineers and leadership
  • Trusted judgment, follow-through, and professionalism
  • Resourceful and proactive — able to anticipate needs and execute independently
  • Passionate about building a long-term career specifically in HR or recruiting
