Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and develop essential skills. The Assistant Teacher will be assisting the lead teachers in planning and implementing educational activities that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.

Duties

  • Assist in developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging curiosity, creativity, and exploration among children.
  • Provide care for toddlers and infant children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other educators to create an inclusive classroom that accommodates children with special needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
