Company
Founded in 2018 by CPAs, tax attorneys, and software developers, Taxbit is creating an entirely new category to enable widespread compliant adoption of digital assets for the global economy. Taxbit's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform streamlines and automates customers' tax reporting and accounting activities for digital assets.
Trusted by leading crypto, tech, and traditional enterprises, Big 4 accounting firms, and government agencies (including the IRS), Taxbit solves compliance challenges at scale amidst an ever-evolving regulatory landscape. Taxbit is backed by leading Silicon Valley VCs with teams located in New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Europe.
The Opportunity
Taxbit is building the trusted compliance and reporting infrastructure for digital assets and the modern digital economy, enabling enterprises, governments, and financial institutions to meet the new era of tax and information-reporting requirements with automation and confidence. Our Flex platform unifies tax, accounting, and compliance data, giving businesses a single source of truth across entities, jurisdictions, and regulatory frameworks. Flex automates information reporting at scale, helping the world's most sophisticated institutions reduce operational risk, meet evolving global mandates, and unlock actionable insights from complex data.
We're expanding our global sales team and seeking a strategic, high-performing Account Executive to drive enterprise adoption of Taxbit Flex across the Americas and global markets. This is a strategic, consultative role for a seller who can operate confidently at the intersection of technology, regulation, and financial innovation. You'll engage senior decision-makers, shape their approach to compliance automation, and partner closely with Taxbit's subject-matter experts (SMEs) to deliver measurable impact.
About Flex
Flex is an enterprise-grade compliance platform designed for institutions operating across multiple regulatory regimes. It brings together tax, accounting, and information-reporting workflows into a single automated system.
Key modules include:
- U.S. Information Reporting: automation of Global Due Diligence (i.e. W9/8/Self-Certification), Form 1099, 1042-S, etc, and related IRS-compliant reporting workflows.
- Global Information Reporting: support for global frameworks such as DAC7, CRS, CARF, and other AEOI regimes.
- Entity & Data Normalisation: unifying digital-asset and fiat transactions across multiple systems into a single, auditable record.
- Accounting & Reconciliation: connecting data across subledgers and ERP systems for complete traceability.
- Reporting Insights & Analytics: dashboards and audit-ready intelligence for compliance, tax, and finance teams.
These modules form a unified platform that allows enterprises to automate at scale, adapt to new regulations, and gain real-time visibility into compliance readiness.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation through to negotiation and close, across companies in digital-asset, fintech, and financial-services sectors.
- Engage deeply with customer challenges, mapping Flex's modules and outcomes to specific business and regulatory pain points.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that expand our footprint across multi-entity, multinational organisations.
- Collaborate closely with Taxbit's SMEs in tax, accounting, and regulation to ensure accuracy and depth throughout the process while maintaining commercial accountability.
- Leverage Gong, HubSpot, and modern sales technologies for pipeline discipline, forecasting, and data-driven execution.
- Operate within consultative sales frameworks (MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger) to navigate complex buying groups.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and expansion.
- Represent Taxbit externally at key industry events and forums, building trusted relationships across the digital-asset and compliance ecosystem.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales, owning global accounts.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, holding over $1M+ ARR in quota.
- Track record of high-performance in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Proficiency in Gong, HubSpot (or Salesforce), and modern sales enablement systems
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills; ability to speak the language of the c-suite.
- Ability to collaborate internally with various stakeholders (e.g. SMEs, Legal, etc), while owning commercial outcomes end-to-end.
Bonus:
A robust network of contacts across the digital asset industry.
- Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital asset initiatives or companies.
- Knowledge of information reporting, tax automation, accounting systems, or global compliance frameworks, and/or, experience selling into regulated financial institutions, fintechs, or digital asset exchanges.
Why Taxbit
- Category-defining platform solving one of the most critical challenges in global finance.
- Opportunity to shape the next generation of compliance infrastructure in digital assets.
- Collaborative, high-performance culture that prizes depth, curiosity, and execution.
- Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and benefits designed to reward impact.
How To Apply
If you're a commercially driven, strategic seller with a strong interest in financial regulation and SaaS automation, and you're ready to help redefine how global markets approach compliance, we'd love to meet you.
