Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team in delivering exceptional service in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take and process orders accurately while providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communicate any special dietary needs or requests from guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with banquet or catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining or catering environments.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in banquet service or as a dietary aide is advantageous but not required.
