Williamsburg Retirement is looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our team We seek someone to serve our residents meals while ensuring the dining area is clean and welcoming before and after meals. This position is ideal for someone with a deep love for the elderly and a kind, cheerful attitude.

In this role, you will serve meals, maintain a clean and organized food service area, and assist the dietary supervisor with light food preperation. Flexibility, strong communication skills, and good time management are essential. Since this position involves working closely with residents, we are looking for someone who can handle occasional stressful situations with patience and a positive attitude. A current food handler's permit is required.

For full-time employees, we offer benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and a referral program. Part-time employees are elgible for PTO

We are hiring for Monday-Friday, 7:00am-2:00pm
