Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our team in the commercial flooring sector. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial flooring products and a proven track record in territory sales and construction sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the commercial flooring market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the commercial flooring market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in territory sales, preferably in commercial flooring or construction sales.
- Strong understanding of commercial flooring products and applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
