Our Window Film Division is one of the key business lines within Ruby Star Group, delivering high-quality film applications for residential and commercial properties.

We provide solar control films, security films, privacy and decorative solutions for homes, offices, and construction projects, ensuring exceptional performance, aesthetics, and long-term durability.

We are currently expanding this division and seeking an experienced Sales Manager who understands window systems, film specifications, and construction environments.

Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified
Sales Manager with proven experience in Window Film and Construction industries

.

This role requires a deep understanding of residential and commercial building structures, window systems, film specifications, installation requirements, and the ability to sell technical solutions to homeowners, general contractors, property managers, and architects.

Only candidates with
direct industry experience

will be considered.

Key Responsibilities1. Industry-Specific Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within residential, commercial, and construction markets.
  • Build partnerships with contractors, glazing companies, builders, architects, designers, and facility managers.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to accelerate client acquisition.
  • Attend construction trade events, GC meetings, and vendor showcases.

2. Technical Sales & Project Scoping

  • Conduct on-site inspections and measurements when required; assess window conditions, glass type, safety requirements, and environmental factors.
  • Recommend film types (solar, security, privacy, decorative) based on technical needs.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, material lists, and scope documentation for installation teams.
  • Evaluate project complexity and pricing strategies for profitable deals.

3. Sales Cycle Management

  • Complete full sales cycle: prospecting → consultation → proposal → negotiation → closing.
  • Maintain CRM and provide accurate pipeline forecasts.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager and installation teams to ensure proper project planning and client satisfaction.

4. Reporting & KPIs

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain high closing rates and short sales cycles.
  • Report weekly progress on leads, quotes, and closed deals.

Required QualificationsMust-Have Experience:

Candidates
must have this experience to be considered

:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in one of the following industries:
  • Window Film (residential/commercial)
  • PPF for buildings or commercial surfaces
  • Architectural Films

  • Strong understanding of:

  • Window Film performance and specifications (TSER, IR rejection, UV, glare reduction)
  • Glass types and window structures
  • Installation workflow and jobsite requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Existing book of business or contractor network.
  • Experience quoting by square footage and installation difficulty.
  • Experience working with brands like 3M, LLumar, Vista, XPEL, Madico, SolarGard, etc.
