Doral Toyota is actively looking to add a New/Used Car Sales Manager to our growing team As a sales manager you will oversee, hire, develop, motivate, and lead the sales team to meet sales goals while managing staff, customers, and vehicle inventories. This position will report to our General Sales Manager and General Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and adjust pricing by monitoring sales goals, competition, as well as supply and demand.
  • Achieve profit goals by developing and meeting levels of gross profit per unit.
  • Manage the negotiation process with sales staff ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
  • Desk deals based on current offers and incentives.
  • Appraise vehicles for trade.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Hire, develop, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all salespeople.
  • Develop the strengths and skills of, and hold accountable, the sales staff.
  • Establish goals for sales personnel.
  • Review performance against goals regularly.
  • Display, merchandise, and promote vehicles.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager demonstrating a track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven success in high-volume retail sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to success.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Pay: $150, $250,000.00 per year
