Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven
Enterprise Account Executive
with deep experience selling
IT services, consulting solutions, and software/technology offerings
to enterprise clients in the US market. The ideal candidate has a strong
Rolodex
of technology and procurement leaders, understands complex enterprise buying cycles, and can sell high-value solutions in areas such as
AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, Application Development, and Digital Transformation
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Leverage an existing
    Rolodex of executive-level contacts
    (CIO, CTO, CDO, VP of Engineering, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to generate opportunities.
  • Sell Bluosoft Ware's portfolio, including:
  • AI & Machine Learning Solutions
  • Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Data Engineering & Analytics Solutions
  • Custom Software Development
  • Digital Transformation & Technology Consulting
  • Specialized IT Staffing & Talent Solutions
  • Build and manage a strong revenue pipeline using CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Conduct discovery, deliver solution presentations, run demos, and build value-based proposals.
  • Drive mid-six-figure to seven-figure deals with enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, engineering, and recruiting teams for flawless execution.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals, upsell, and cross-selling opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
    in IT services, SaaS, cloud, or technology consulting.
  • Proven experience closing large enterprise deals and meetings.
  • Strong
    existing network / Rolodex
    within US enterprise organizations.
  • Deep knowledge in selling
    cloud, data, AI, and software solutions
    .
  • Ability to pitch technical offerings and collaborate with solution engineers.
  • Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and consultative selling expertise (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Experience in hunting as well as expanding existing accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into
    Fortune 1000
    and mid-market clients.
  • Prior background in an IT services, consulting, or staffing firm.
  • Understanding of modern cloud ecosystems, AI use cases, and enterprise data architectures.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
