Part time Remote position with 25% travel
Starting pay $25 per hour, increased wages available for more experienced candidates
Role: Accountable to the National Director of Catalyst to ensure a successful implementation of software applications across all Juniper Communities. Responsible for configuring the software as well as assisting the communities with adopting new software by providing key documentation, user guides, and training. Responsibilities: - Deploy and configure software applications according to community requirements. - Collaborate with community leadership team to gather and understand business needs and requirements for effective use of the software. - Document project specifications and configuration details. - Create and maintain project documentation, such as user guides for both staff and residents/families. - Create and maintain video tutorials and training for both staff and residents/families. - Conduct virtual and onsite training sessions with community team members to ensure seamless software adoption. This includes training for Executive Directors, Sales and Marketing Directors, Business office Managers, First Impressions Concierge, Connections Directors, Wellness Directors, Environmental Services Directors, and Dining Directors. - Monitor system performance and document enhancement requests. - Provide monthly adoption status reports to the communities. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after implementation. - Help set up, configure, and test new software systems to ensure they function correctly before deployment. - Onsite travel to communities will be required as needed for onsite training and support. - All other job duties as assigned. Educational/Vocational Requirements: - Bachelor's degree. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and demonstrate proficiency with them. - A proactive approach to supporting customers and gathering feedback for product improvements. Behavioral Skills: - Embraces and exhibits the Juniper Mindset, Values and Behaviors o Deliver a Personalized Experience o Share a Passion for Wellbeing o Collaborate for the Common Good o Lead by Example o Be Accountable for Results General Requirements: - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. - Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. - Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals within the community. - Attends and participates in mandated yearly training programs as well as all required meetings. - Must be able to manage time efficiently so as to achieve goals. - Adheres to all Human Resources policies, procedures, and code of conduct. - Respects confidentiality of information and Resident's rights. - Responsible for proper care of all property, equipment, supplies, and financial assets involved in the performance of the job. - Performs other duties as required. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: - Works in an office as well as throughout the community and its premises. - Moves intermittently during working hours. - Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function so that the requirements of the position can be met. - Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations. - Able to communicate intentions and directions to residents, staff, families, and others as needed. - Is subject to hostile and emotionally upset residents, family members, staff, and visitors. - Works beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary.
