What is the job?
We're looking for a seasoned leader to join our global transformation program as Senior Oracle Transformation Project Manager/Director. In this role, you'll oversee the delivery of Oracle ERP and HCM workstreams across multiple regions, ensuring alignment, integration, and disciplined execution from design through deployment. This is a high-impact position that requires strong governance, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead global Finance (R2R, P2P, O2C, FA, FP&A) and HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent) workstreams through design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Establish and enforce project management standards, governance models, and integrated schedules to keep the program on track.
  • Drive execution discipline across teams, ensuring risks are mitigated and deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manage SI partners, holding them accountable for timelines, methodology, and quality.
  • Oversee data conversion, testing cycles, cutover planning, and hyper care for successful go- live.

About You

  • You'll bring 10–15+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP/HCM transformations.
  • You understand Finance and HR processes, compliance, and integration inside out.
  • You'll influence senior executives and manage global stakeholders with confidence.
  • You have experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM (or you're eager to learn).
  • You'll stand out if you hold certifications like PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile.
