Office Coordinator

IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated Office Coordinator to join our growing Human Capital Team. The Office Coordinator will work closely with the Managing Director of Human Capital, to execute on day-to-day office needs, be the point of contact for basic administrative responsibilities for the office and provide support to various Partners of the Firm. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Reception; greet clients and direct them to appropriate conference rooms
• Responsible for cleanliness, organization, general flow and purchases of the entire office of 40 employees
• Own/organize/maintain snack and beverages and office supplies
• Play a major role in coordinating firm-wide and team specific events
• Responsible for office lunch catering; must be able to take feedback and make appropriate adjustments
• Assist in various scheduling needs for the office
• Maintain and manage relationships with office vendors; technology, snacks, catering etc.,
• Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to, receipt and routing of all office mail, photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing, filing, uploading documentation to proper sources, distributing mail etc.
• Complete expenses for certain team members
• Coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding tasks
• Assist with firmwide and/or office culture initiatives like birthdays, milestones, etc.
• Assist team remotely with satellite office tasks as needed
Qualifications

0-3 years of experience supporting fast-paced, high-performing teams in an administrative capacity

Candidate must thrive and be able to keep up with an everchanging, fast-paced environment

High-level of integrity and discretion is a must

Experience anticipating needs and issues
