Who we're looking for:

The Fruit Expert - Customer Service & Production Associate is responsible for creating the mouthwatering arrangements, dipped fruit boxes, and cut fruit for Edible treat products, following proper operational procedures. He or she also ensures Edible service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt service, delivering a WOW experience.

How you'll make an impact:


• Build arrangements according to our brand standards


• Prepare a variety of arrangements according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures and proper portion sizes


• Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for arranging


• Package arrangements or dipped fruit


• Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards and works as a store team player; Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes


• Remove trash and clean kitchen waste containers


• Follows proper food sanitation and handling procedures


• Demonstrates a strong understanding of product knowledge and quality standards


• Welcomes and connects with every customer to provide excellent customer service


• Discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance the customer experience


• Uses effective sales approaches and displays strong knowledge of product line; Effectively converts customer inquiries into sales


• Builds long-term relationships and builds the trust and loyalty of customers


• Responds to customer needs; Manages difficult customer situations in a calm and professional manner


• Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the position


• Learns and demonstrates creating the Edible Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills
