energy client
for a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical System Architect
. This role is central to supporting a recent Dynamics upgrade and migration, ensuring the system is optimized, stable, and positioned for long-term growth. This is a full time, benefits-eligible position requiring on-site availability.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions in
    D365 F&O
    using
    X++ and C#
    .
  • Customize modules, forms, workflows, and integrations to align with business requirements.
  • Manage environments (dev → QA → sandbox → prod), deployments, and production support.
  • Leverage
    Azure DevOps
    for code management, pipelines, and continuous delivery.
  • Support integrations through
    Azure Integration Services
    (Logic Apps, Service Bus, App Services).
  • Extend functionality with
    Power Platform
    (Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps) and Dataverse.
  • Apply best practices, regression testing (RSAT), and performance monitoring to maintain system integrity.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in
    D365 F&O development/configuration
    .
  • Expertise in
    X++, C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, SQL, and Rest API integrations
    .
  • Solid background in
    Azure DevOps, agile development, and troubleshooting
    .
  • Familiarity with supply chain/finance modules and post-implementation support.
  • Strong ability to lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and manage external vendors.
  • Must be based in the
    Houston area
    ; this role is
    primarily onsite
    .
