Operations / Studio Manager (Studio Operations)

Our client, the design operations team of a major CPG snack company, is looking for a Studio / Operations Managers with strong operational experience to join their team on a permalance basis, starting ASAP.

In order to be considered, you must be able to work onsite at the company's offices in Plano, TX 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
In this role, the Studio / Operations Managers will be supporting a new Design operations team that spans multiple brands and project outputs across design, innovation, retail and more. Responsibilities include:

• working with internal teams to determine resources and open POs
• onboarding and managing vendors
• receiving and processing invoices
• tracking projects in
• working with stakeholders to determine and coordinate budgets
• helping determine, refine and intake briefs
• acting as studio manager resource for team members
• tracking project milestones and timelines
• communicating across teams and stakeholders

In order to be considered for this role, the Studio / Operations Managers must have:

• minimum 5 years experience either at an in-house marketing creative operation or agency side
• strong operational and studio management expertise
• deep experience with vendor coordination, SOWs, budgeting and timelines
• experience working in Monday or similar project management tools
• experience working in and navigating complex matrixed organizations
• strong design operations knowledge
• friendly, communicative and team-oriented
