Job Title: Part-Time Customer Care Representative

Job Description

Our busy and growing dance studio is looking for a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team We are seeking someone who has a love for dance, children, and families, along with strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

As the Customer Care Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our members—providing friendly, professional, and timely support to help create a welcoming environment for all. Your warm personality and 6-star customer service will help us build happy, lasting relationships with our dance families.

Estimated Hours Per Week: 10–20 hours with the possibility of transitioning to full time

Schedule Requirements: Saturday and Sunday are required

Starting Pay: $12/hour

Note: Applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available to work additional hours when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Customer Service & Communication
  • Inform families about class offerings, pricing, and studio policies
  • Assist with class registrations, scheduling trial and makeup classes
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a helpful and positive attitude

  • Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor in a fun, high-energy environment with children and families

  • Organization & Administration

  • Manage studio email and customer database
  • Track attendance and assist with basic account management
  • Support merchandise sales and front desk operations

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Studio Appearance

  • Help keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Assist with decorating for monthly themes and events

Qualifications

  • Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to adjust hours as needed
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, family-focused environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Canva, and Microsoft Office a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
