Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY. As a Senior Analyst at Digital Capital Advisors, you will lead and support critical functions related to mergers and acquisitions, including conducting detailed financial analysis and modeling, preparing client presentations, performing industry research, and providing strategic insights. You will play an integral role in transactions by coordinating across multiple stakeholders, assisting with due diligence, and preparing marketing materials and other documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with team members and senior leadership to drive successful client outcomes in fast-paced, dynamic deal environments.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial analysis, valuation modeling, and quantitative skills
  • Experience in transaction advisory, mergers and acquisitions, or related investment banking activities
  • Proficiency with financial software and tools, including advanced Excel and presentation skills in PowerPoint
  • Strong industry research and trend analysis skills, particularly in digital media and technology sectors
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create compelling presentations
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Position ideally suited for candidates with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA qualifications are preferred
  • Prior professional experience in investment banking or corporate finance
