Project Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement project goals, policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with company objectives, focusing on cost, schedule, quality, safety, and closeout.
- Provide leadership and oversight to assigned Project Managers, offering guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop proposals, estimates, and client presentations for new business opportunities.
- Review and analyze Project Status Reports from Project Managers, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with overall project goals before submission to senior management.
- Participate in and approve key procurement decisions , ensuring all purchases align with budgetary targets and project requirements.
- Interpret and enforce owner contract terms and conditions , ensuring full compliance throughout project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to support smooth communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Oversee construction progress through direct engagement with Project Managers and Superintendents, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management , or a related discipline — or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in construction, design, finance, and project management.
- Prior experience with academic clients or institutional projects is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to apply innovative management strategies to drive team performance and project outcomes.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry practices, standards, and procedures and how they influence project execution.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on cost control, client relations, and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Proficient with construction and project management software , including tools such as Prolog Manager, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the company positively in all client and stakeholder interactions.
- Proven ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment.
- Active participation or membership in professional construction or engineering associations is a plus.
