General Accountabilities:

Install products with pride

Use of various hand and power tools & equipment

Take accurate measurements using levels, rulers and other measuring tools

Ensuring all work is complete and clean before leaving jobsite

Hang new windows and doors

Ability to work on ladders

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to work outside following OSHA standards for cold and hot weather

OSHA standards generally advise that when temperatures hit -30º to -34ºF or below with more than 10-20 mph winds, nonemergency construction work should cease.

OSHA's heat illness prevention standard applies to all outdoor worksites. To prevent heat illness, the law requires employers to provide outdoor workers fresh water, access to shade at 80 degrees and, whenever requested by a worker, cool-down rest breaks in addition to regular breaks

Warehouse Functions:

· The primary function of the Warehouse person is to be the gate keeper of all that is coming in and going out of the warehouse.

· Unloading of trucks of product which includes verifying what is unloaded to the paperwork/POD (proof of delivery) and signing and dating such documentation.

· Storing the product on carts or bin locations.

· Maintaining the inventory in InAccord which will require the receiving of product into the system and making inventory adjustments when needed.

· Staging the product for Service and the Install teams for the next day's schedule.

· Completing the monthly inventory for the accounting department.

· Keeping the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion.

· When needed, filling in for service technician and/or install.

· Delivery of product to job site when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
