Position Summary:

We are looking for serious applicants that is searching for a career opportunity with a great company culture. While experience is recruitment, we are willing to fully train the right people that fit our company culture. Due to company growth, we are looking to add a Recruiter to our team. The HR Recruiter works on creating a pipeline of new applicants as well as maintaining and building the already existing and new partnerships to achieve our recruitment goal. The goal is to have an optimal pool of applicants and relationships with Universities or Colleges. The Recruiter has the responsibilities of sourcing, screening, and interviewing, planning, and scheduling calls/meetings.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business related or equivalent experience in Administrative role and/or experience in office work. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or related clerical duties. Recruiting experience preferred. Bilingual Preferred.
