Human Resource Information System Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced HRIS Manager to lead our Human Resources Information Systems team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will oversee the management and optimization of Workday, with a strong emphasis on compensation modules, to drive HR operations, data integrity, and process efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday compensation functionalities, proven leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR systems with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and configuration of Workday, particularly compensation modules (e.g., salary plans, bonuses, equity awards), to support payroll, benefits, and performance management processes.
- Oversee HRIS data integrity, directing audits, reconciliations, and updates to ensure accurate compensation structures and employee data across global operations.
- Develop and deliver Workday-based compensation reports and analytics, providing strategic insights to HR leadership and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Manage and mentor HRIS team members, partnering with HR, payroll, and finance teams to implement system enhancements, streamline processes, and resolve complex Workday issues.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of HRIS experience, with 3+ years focused on Workday, including extensive expertise in compensation modules.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (e.g., payroll, benefits, performance management) and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis.
Preferred
:
- Workday certification in HCM or Compensation.
- Experience leading HRIS teams and managing system integrations.
