- Support tracking of pieces through all stages of jewelry production to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Coordinate closely with the Director of Production to support workflow, scheduling, and issue resolution.
Operations & Organization
- Own and maintain internal file systems and databases (Google Drive), including tech packs, revisions, approvals, and production records.
- Track all client edits, approvals, and production changes with consistency and precision.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date production records for all assigned accounts.
Vendor Coordination & Daily Operations
- Coordinate with vendors to support production timelines and documentation.
- Run daily operational errands related to production (local drop-offs, pickups, supplier visits, etc.).
- Provide hands-on administrative and operational support to keep production moving smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience in jewelry production, production coordination, or client-facing manufacturing roles preferred.
- Working knowledge of jewelry production processes and comfort working closely with factory teams.
- Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable balancing client communication, production coordination, and administrative responsibilities.
- Experience working from tech packs and production specifications.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable supporting in-person operational needs.
