About the Role
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and culturally plugged-in Brand Manager to lead all
social media execution and strategy across our full ecosystem of social channels. This role
sits at the center of brand storytelling, community engagement, content creation,
influencer partnerships, and public relations. You will own the day-to-day management and
long-term strategy of our TikTok platform, ensuring we show up in ways that are bold,
relevant, and trend-driven.
This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role that requires equal parts creativity,
organization, and strategic thinking. You will be responsible for capturing content,
identifying and activating trends, managing influencer programs, and ensuring brand
consistency across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a best-in-class social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram,
- YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Fully own and manage the TikTok channel, including content planning, publishing, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Create and capture social-first content (photo and video) that aligns with cultural moments, trends, and audience insights.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting creatively for each platform.
- Monitor daily performance analytics and optimize content based on insights.
Trendspotting & Content Ideation
- Stay ahead of all social trends, platform updates, cultural conversations, and creator
- moments.
- Proactively identify opportunities for real-time content, reactive posts, and breakthrough brand moments.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and bring forward bold, innovative content ideas.
Brand Partnerships
- Support the development and execution of strategic brand partnerships.
- Collaborate with partner brands to co-create content, campaigns, and social-first moments.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-team communication to ensure seamless execution.
Influencer Marketing
- Lead influencer strategy across all platforms, from sourcing and vetting creators to managing partnerships and evaluating impact.
- Build relationships with creators, agents, and talent managers to ensure strong ongoing collaborations.
- Oversee influencer briefs, contracts, content approvals, and post-campaign reporting.
Public Relations
- Work closely with our external PR agency to amplify brand visibility and ensure cohesive messaging across earned channels.
- Support press events, media opportunities, and storytelling initiatives that enhance brand reputation.
- Coordinate press mailers, editor relationships, and PR-driven content moments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative, marketing, product, and leadership teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- Ensure social, influencer, and PR initiatives ladder into broader brand goals and business priorities.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in social media, brand management, influencer marketing, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing TikTok or other high-engagement social platforms.
- Strong background in content creation, including on-camera presence, filming, editing, and creative direction.
- Deep understanding of social trends, internet culture, and platform best practices.
- Experience managing influencer programs and/or PR initiatives.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Highly proactive, agile, and energized by a fast-paced environment.
