This is a Fully-Remote Contractor Position that has the potential to grow into a full-time role. Minimum caseload of 7 hours per week - otherwise, YOU choose the number of clients you serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality telehealth speech therapy to pediatric clients.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, ensuring clarity and understanding of therapy goals and progress.
• Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and a commitment to our mission and principles.

Minimum Requirements

• ASHA Certification and valid state licensure for practice in Georgia.
• A passion for pediatric speech therapy, particularly with children who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Strong commitment to a family-centered therapy approach.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Excellent communication skills, crucial for effective telehealth delivery and family engagement.
• One year of outpatient pediatric experience is preferred.
• One year of telehealth experience is preferred.

Interview Process

• 15 minute screening call
• 1st round interview with Clinical Director (Ashley)
• 2nd round interview with Clinical Director (Ashley) and CEO (Chris)
• Receive decision
