Key Responsibilities:
Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
Spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
Provides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.
Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization, i.e., evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and/or mergers.
Lead and direct development and implementation plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the Company.
Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
Represents the company clients, investors and business partners.
Serves as official spokesperson of the company.
Decision-Making Authority:
Decisions that may be outside of the scope and responsibility of this position are presented to the Board of Directors.

Education/ Previous Experience:
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in business, food service/hospitality management, marketing or a related area preferred.
Experience (10 + years) in successful executive management, successful experience with full P/L responsibilities with the industry, strong presentation skills. Education and/or advanced degree in business, finance, economics, law or accounting. Familiarity with airport concessions or retail development environment and business structure are essential.
Specific skills required:
Knowledge of airport and related types of concessions.
Excellent leadership, and communication skills.
Excellent ability to develop and cultivate relationships with decision makers, industry leaders and clients.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
Ability to make effective and persuasive speech and presentations on controversial or complex
topics to the Boards and others outside of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply reasonable understanding in carrying out instructions in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Exceptional project management skills. Attention to detail. Strong service orientation.
