Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will oversee the organization's technology strategy, lead software and product development initiatives, and ensure alignment between IT architecture and business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technology teams, defining technical roadmaps, guiding IT strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and growth. The role also requires ensuring the technical infrastructure supports scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Software Development and Architecture to design, build, and oversee advanced technical systems.
  • Experience in Project Management and IT Strategy for successfully leading complex technology initiatives and aligning strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong background in Product Development to bring innovative ideas to life and foster user-centric solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing diverse technical environments, scalability challenges, and emerging technologies is desirable.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
