In this position as a Phone Sales Representative The harder you work, the more you earn — there is truly no cap on your earning potential.

Position Overview

We're expanding our St. Petersburg call center and looking for energetic, money-motivated Appointment Setters to be the first voice homeowners hear. You'll make outbound calls, handle inbound leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our remodeling specialists. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where your results directly drive your paycheck.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound call and connect with homeowners who've expressed interest and book quality in-home appointments.
  • Accurately enter customer data and notes into our CRM
  • Confirm, reschedule, and manage the daily appointment calendar
  • Hit or exceed daily call volume and appointment-setting goals
  • Deliver a fun, confident, and professional experience that reflects Sunbelt's reputation

Qualifications

  • Outbound call or appointment-setting experience strongly preferred (we will train the right personality)
  • Fun, outgoing, and high-energy personality
  • Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Reliable transportation — must be able to commute to St. Pete
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn our systems quickly

Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday (Mid shift 12pm-6pm), Rotating Saturdays 9am-12pm

Expected Earnings: $55,000 – $85,000+ a Year (top performers OTE $100K)
