Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients, Processing patient payments, New Patient tours; Following our 5-star phone certification process; and Scheduling appointments and keeping the schedule full; checking patients in/out.

  • Communication & Positive Attitude - It is important that you work well and can communicate effectively with the team and patient. Upbeat and positive attitude is a MUST.
  • Fast Learner- We expect you to ask questions, learn quickly and apply your training immediately
  • Multitasker- Must be able to juggle several tasks at once and be able to work under pressure
  • Basic Computer Skills -Must be comfortable with typing and using a computer
  • Reliable - Our office flows most smoothly and patients have the best experience when all our team members are on-time and present for all their scheduled work hours, so you must be reliable and punctual

Pay is based on experience, attitude, and reliability.

Office hours:

Monday 7:25am-5:00pm

Tuesday 8:25am-7:00pm

Wednesday 7:25am-5:00pm

Thursday 8:25am-7:00pm

Friday 7:25am-5:00pm

One Saturday per month 7:25am-1:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33, $42,000.00 per year
