We are seeking a consultant to assist our New York City based client who anticipates an upcoming IPO.

The on-site role will report to the CFO.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Project management - co-ordinating tasks, managing timelines, and facilitating communication between internal team, auditor, bankers and legal counsel.
  • Advisory support - providing expert guidance on IPO readinenss, managing complex issues, and mitigating risks.
  • Finance infrastructure - Building scalable financial reporting systems and processes needed for a public company.
  • Tehcnical accounting and SEC rerporting - developing accounting standards and preparing SEC filings
  • SOX compliance - establishing processes and controls to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley.

We anticipate that this will be a 6-9 month engagement.
